After working for ERA for one year, you will need to expand your horizons.  Leadership Development prepares you to take the next step into managing your own team and becoming a leader. ERA Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to develop the inspirational leadership qualities within our team managers.

	To adapt to new ideas and practical skills required to become a truly respected, resourceful and successful manager
	To establish and develop a solid team building foundation and a track record of achievement which colleagues will respect, value and trust
