A)   Yes, Gary Chua Group has designed a winning training program for all its Trainee Property Agents. Beginners are guided from the start to end through a series of programs that are designed to improve their skill-sets from sales to managing a team.

Q) Do you charge for the training?

A) There is an initial committment fee, however we refund you when you hit a certain target in sales.

Q) How can I get my leads?

A) During training, you will learn an extensive variety of techniques to acquire prospects.

  • Farming with flyers
  • Road shows
  • Advertisements
  • Door knocking

Q)   How much can I earn?

A)   The average earner earns $80,000 to $150,000 annually. The top agents earn up to $300,000 in the first year. The no.1 Sales person earn up to more than one million annually.

Depending on your attitude and commitment, you can earn up to this comfortable range of income which is much higher than the average income in corporation.

Q)   Do I need to be able to drive?

A)   Yes, it is ideal as there will be lot of movement. However, travelling by public transport is also possible as long the meetings can be organized properly.

Q)   Do I need any experience?

A)   Not really, as long as you have a lively, outgoing personality and be comfortable dealing with customers. Any sales experience is always of benefit.

Q)   Can I get promotion within the company?

A)   There is a systematic process for promotion within the company, depending on the amount of income generated. We recognize the efforts and results through promotions and providing more responsibilities to groom the next era of real estate agents.
