joined ERA Real Estate as a Marketing Executive in 2000 and by 2006 he
had become the ERA Divisional Director.
Gary puts his success at ERA down to his drive and dedication, which has led to recognition and many awards such as the ERA Million Dollar & Platinum Clubs, ERA Top 50 Producers Award 2001 – 05, the ERA Top New Manager in 2003 and ERA Top3 Managers 2005.
As a Senior Group Divisional Director, Gary Chua leads a team of over 500 Professional Real Estate Sales Managers and Associates to provide quality real estate service to all ERA clients. He states that his mission is “through inspiration, motivation and training to produce successful salespeople”, with the goal of grooming the Team Managers into to become the Divisional Directors of tomorrow.
He believes in managing ethically and motivating his staff through results and feels that everyone has potential and with extensive and comprehensive training, this can be realised. Gary’s hope is that every Property Agent will be able to achieve financial freedom within one or two years.
Gary is known to be a humble and approachable person, recognised for his strong leadership and commitment to his managers and associates. He aims to make all his Managers achieve their goals and targets as quickly as possible through the right guidance.
